ABOUT US

Al Fresco Spain is an established family-run real estate developer based in Almería, where we build and sell our own properties.

Additionally, we offer homes in Alicante, focusing solely on sales in this area. We provide personalized service, tailored to each client's needs, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

We buy plots of land, design our own houses, build and sell them.

We build for our clients. If they don´t have the plots, we will find them. 

Renovate properties  (entire renovations only).

We have a fixed team of providers and collaborators that have worked with us for years.

Architects

Two young architects that know of our preferences and way we build. We provide them with the drawings, they then do the rest: in 8 weeks max have we the plans, permissions and all legalities fulfilled.

Builder

 A vast experience, 25 years with all sorts of building project. All kind of working materials, tools, lorries, vans, backhoe, compact machines, scaffoldings…

Building Material Provider

All sorts and variety of materials (cement, sand, concrete blocks and beams…) as well as bathroom sanitaries, tiles of all types.

Carpenter

Wood: kitchens, doors, windows, wardrobes…

Aluminium

Doors, sliding doors, windows, garage door of all types.

Electrician

Electricity in general, all legalities sorted with electricity supplier, electric shutters, home automation (if required), air conditioning…

Plumber

All sort of works indoors and outdoors (gardens)
